I am constantly inspired by the diversity and internationality of my work as an asset manager: No day is like the one before it; every project is different.

What sets SES apart is its keen sense of the skills of its employees. I myself started as a marketing manager and was able to quickly ascend to a position as a center manager. I see SES as a company with prospects.

Sitting still is not for me. I, on the contrary, enjoy getting involved in new projects. At SES, I always have that opportunity.

I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to work on a wide range of issues. It also spurs me on to find the most effective solutions to different problems – involving all points of view and interests.

Marketing for a shopping center requires versatility and infinite creativity. I always keep an eye out for new trends and ideas for my projects – even during my free time. Being able to offer our visitors and customers something different is very fulfilling.

For me personally, the most fascinating thing about SES is its strong team spirit, which is noticeable during every construction project meeting, for example. All of the diverse and exciting topics make each day varied and leave no hint of routine.
