Number one in Wiener Neustadt
Since it first opened in 1996, FISCHAPARK ranks among Austria’s best and most popular shopping centers in the east of Austria and it has been one of the leading companies in Wiener Neustadt. In the course of a 3-year refurbishment and expansion project (2012 – 2015), the traditional retail site, located in the south of Lower Austria, was expanded to a total size of 42,800 square meters. SES executed the large-scale expansion of FISCHAPARK during ongoing operation and invested 100 million euros in the project. FISCHAPARK was completely relaunched and stands to bear witness of SES’ strategy to improve and develop successful commercial locations. Since its relaunch, the shopping center in Wiener Neustadt has included new brand concepts and a fantastic food and beverage offer.
