KORZÓ is the largest shopping center in the city and the county of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg. A generously designed pedestrian bridge connects the two parts of the shopping center. KORZÓ is located in the historical old town of Nyíregyháza, directly in the pedestrian zone. That makes it one of the typical downtown-area shopping centers in the SES portfolio. It has been under the management of SES Spar European Shopping Centers since April 2009.
