Our business: We are specialized in the successful development, construction management, and operation of retail properties of international standard. SES offers its know-how in these core competences as services to retail property owners. In addition, and for selected projects only, SES offers investment opportunities to third parties. SES has been active in Hungary since 1997 as a service provider in the areas of center, asset, and facility management for various investors in the country. SES currently operates a property in Nyíregyháza and opened a retail park in Kaposvár in 2021 under the S-PARK brand name.

On Thursday, 11 March, SES Spar European Shopping Centers, the owner and operator of S-PARK Kaposvár, opened the most modern retail park in the Somogy region. As a result of a renewed lockdown, which was in place in the country at that time, only those stores that are deemed essential for the provision of basic goods and services to the population – three out of ten stores – were allowed to open: A 6,800-square-meter INTERSPAR store, a 600-square-meter dm drugstore, and a 150-square-meter Ofotért optical retail store now offer an appealing range of products and services to local neighborhoods. S-PARK, which boasts 560 free parking spaces and an excellent location, can be easily and optimally accessed. Since 7 April all other stores located at S-PARK, such as Hervis, Deichmann, Euronics, Pepco, and KIK, have gone into full operation. The segment and shop mix, which includes a total of 10 stores, covering a leasable area of 11,200 m², will deliver a comprehensive and high-quality range of brands and services to Kaposvár and the surrounding region.
